WEP Clinical, the specialist pharmaceutical services company, has announced that it has launched a 24/7/365 emergency medicines supply service. On behalf of its clients, WEP Clinical will now be able to provide next day delivery of life-saving medicines to hospitals across the EU and Australia when an emergency need arises.
Healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists will be able to reach out to WEP Clinical to make a request using the 24-hour call line. WEP Clinical has the infrastructure in place to allow the call centre to process a request at any time of the day, on any day of the year. Combining our in-house capabilities with our strategic partnerships with trusted logistics and shipping partners, WEP Clinical can ensure prompt handing of a request and can guarantee next day delivery of product.
This service is currently available across the whole of the EU and Australia, and requests can be handled in the most commonly spoken EU languages. Plans are already in place to expand this service, and WEP Clinical hopes to roll out a global 24/7/365 emergency medicines supply service by the end of 2020.
Jas Khera, Managing Director of WEP Clinical, said:
“This new medicines supply service is something we are extremely proud to be able to offer. We understand the urgency behind the requests we receive for our emergency products, and we strive to be able to meet this urgency, whilst still protecting product integrity and maintaining our exceptional levels of customer service.
I believe this program will help position us as a leading provider in our space and clearly demonstrates our continued commitment to fulfilling treatment needs around the world.”
