WEP Group Holdings Limited (WEP Clinical) is pleased to announce the closure of an investment in the company made by The Jordan Company, L.P. (TJC), a middle-market private equity firm. Under the terms of the investment, WEP Clinical co-founders and current Managing Directors, Jaswinder Khera and Jaswant Khera, will continue to be significant owners in the company and will help navigate WEP Clinical through this next phase of growth.
TJC has been investing in companies for over 30 years. The firm targets control investments, principally located in North America, and has contributed to the growth of many businesses representing a wide range of industries. Since 2002, TJC has completed over 250 add-on investments into its portfolio companies.
TJC’s investment approach is to acquire companies in partnership with management. It believes fostering strong relationships with talented and skilled managers is critical to successfully executing a hands-on operating strategy and implementing an add-on acquisition strategy.
Jaswinder Khera, Managing Director US at WEP Clinical, said:
“We couldn’t be more excited to have TJC on board to help us grow and develop as a company. There is a great cultural fit between our organizations, and we share a vision for WEP Clinical’s future. TJC’s resources and experience will enable us to accelerate our long-term growth plan.”
